I ordered a 24"x36" frame that fortunately arrived on time but the box was only partially taped shut and one side of the frame was cracked.
Opposite Wall's customer service answered by email and requested a picture of the fame. I forwarded a picture of the damaged frame and was given a choice of another frame or and discount. I chose the discount.
