When buying art prints here, I was ok with the prices based on the idea that the prints would arrive ready to hang, not requiring hours of work on my part. But that is not the case--the prints, frames and mats arrive unassembled. Boooooo..... Frame quality was also "meh"...1/2 step up from Ikea. One frame was badly damaged (so annoying, not from shipping either). They did process a refund, but still...Print quality was decent.
