While it took quite a while to receive my initial order I was impressed that you responded to my
report that the product was defective and replaced it. I am sad to report that the second shipment was damaged as well. It appears that UPS, whether on your side of the border or ours, is incapable to protecting fragile contents and has now twice bent the carton containing the mat. I don't expect you to ship another mat but you need to look at your delivery service and make whatever changes are needed
to get an undamaged product to the customer. Good Luck.
