With regard to the ordering "process" it was refreshingly outstanding! Your efforts to let me know that you had received the order, status reports and shipping notification was great. Your web site could be a bit more easily and completely viewed by customers. For example, a video on how to install and use your OPSol clip would help appreciate the product. Such videos are available on 3rd party sites, but it would be more impactful and convenient if it were on YOUR site. Even the written instructions that came with the product were "hidden" inside a packing box (I assume?) and in small print and photos that old folks like me had to drag out the magnifier to read! I have not actually fired the weapon, but "dry" test rubs indicate it works as advertised. Again, 3rd party sites already exist that do show how to install and use your product. I have no doubt it will perform well when I actually use it. Thanks for asking.
