Just wanted to talk about one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had! Long story short I had my order stolen out of the package sometime while it was in transit with the post office, emailed OPSol's customer service team received a quick respnse, will be receiving a replacement of the stolen item! Hastle free and straight to the point! I cant remember the last time i had purchased something, had an issue (at no point was there any fault with OPSol) and had quick and direct solution for the customer. I will definitely tell others about your service and products and will be doing buisness with you guys again! Thanks for the great experience!
