After seeing many videos showing this product I was excited to purchase it and looking forward to receiving it. I did receive it rather quickly but when I did I had to look at it twice and make sure that what I ordered was from your company and not some knock off. And I say this because in every video the product is shown in a nice little package but the one I received was loose in the envelope and came with a instruction card that leave a lot to be desired.
