The staff was nice enough to answer all my questions on my first purchase. The ordering and delivery was flawless. The product worked exactly as advertised. Therefore I ordered a second one to keep in my gear bag so, regardless of what happens, I will have one on hand whenever I am shooting the mini/shorty shells. I would and have, recommend OPSol to a friend.
