Had a call from Dundee practice a week before my eye consultation, the secretary or whoever I spoke to was so good she could diagnose and give me a price of 6k+ for replacement lenses over the phone without a consultation!!! The appointment was quickly cancelled, guessing the secretary does the surgery as well😳
