I was apprehensive at 1st, but I booked a free consultation, and it was the best desision I have ever made. The staff are brilliant al the way through to the aftercare. I would highly recommend having it done or even just going to the consultation. The staff made me feel at ease, they were very friendly and patient as I took my mom and two young children with me, the reception area is child friendly and has a toilet/baby changing room on every floor which as a mom I was very pleased about. Unfortunately I don't know the lady's name that was on reception, as she was fantastic with my children, giving my daughter crayons and a colouring book to keep her occupied while I had my eye tests and aftercare check ups, a fantastic and very friendly lady. All I can add to what I have already said is that, don't let nerves get the better of you like I did for so long, it's worth giving them a visit you will be shocked and very pleased with the results
