Dear Optical Express, I would like to thank the staff at the Briggate (Leeds) facility for the amazing way in which they made my day of the procedure a calm and relaxing experience. The staff were very friendly and assured me and other customers there about the procedure and in my opinion gave the right amount of support and information to put one at ease. The procedure itself (IFS150 Intralase) was incredible! Quick, simple and totally painless. The post-operative care with the optician in York has been exemplary. I have already given out lots of vouchers to friends for their own procedures and have relished positively discussing my experience to them. As with so many others; I wish I'd had it done years ago!
