Before having Mono Laser treatment I was constantly searching for my glasses, at home, in the supermarket, in the restaurant, at work, on the train to see my seat number, everywhere. I only needed my glasses to read so did not have them on all the time and that means having to remember to take them wherever I went. Now I don't even have to think about whether I will need to read anything - I just can. The surgery was quick and painless and the after care was superb. My vision keeps getting better and better as I adjust to the mono vision (one eye does close, the other distance). My middle vision is not as good as it was but I feel that is a small price to pay to be able to read anything I want to without having to find my glasses. It sounds a bit dramatic but my life is so much easier now.
