I was late for my very first appointment, it was surgery day and very busy, however the receptionist gave me a later appointment that day. It was suggested to me I just have the one eye done as I only needed glasses for driving. To mimick potential results of mono surgery I was fitted with contact lense in one eye that day for a week, then it was removed. This all went very well. The actual surgey day was fast, extremely professional and I knew from the moment I entered Optical Express for the first time I was in safe hands. Every staff member I encountered gave me the best personal service. Julianne Smyth was particularly helpful when, me having misplaced my credit agreement, prited off copies for me at the store - all thes when the store was busy and I am sure she had better things to do! Overall Optical Express provided a really 'feel good' experience and I cannot recommnend it highly enough. My eyesight is absolutely perfect!
