From my initial enquiry online the whole process ran like a well oiled machine in a thoroughly proffessional and polite manner. At my first consultation the process was completly explained to me and my partner. The suitability and consultant tests carried out and any questions I answered in plain terms and anything I did not understand explained in away that I did understand. on the day of treatment the process was explained to me again. Throughout the whole process, consultation, procedure, and post procedure checks all staff have been most helpfull and polite making me feel like a valued customer.
