My eyes are very comfortable now I am a month post surgery. My vision is now better than 20/20 and although I still need glasses for close up work, it is lovely not to have to put contact lenses in each day or wear distance glasses which I always found very uncomfortable. I am told that my eyes have healed up very well which I am relieved about. My night vision is still not quite right at this stage as I am experiencing halos around lights but I am confident that this will improve in time. I found the procedure extremely traumatic but now I have better than 20/20 vision I am glad I had it done. I just wish it could have cured my longsightedness at the same time then I would never need to wear glasses again!
