I feel that the staff at optical express have been professional and friendly, I liked the surgeon that did the operation, he had a calming and professional manner. Although I was no able to have the operation when it was first scheduled, which was frustrating, when it was time to have the surgery done I had no problem with the way that things went on the day. All aftercare appointments have been quick and easy.
