The biggest thing I realised recently was the fact I no longer notice I can see perfectly clearly without glasses or contacts. The fact I do not need to think or worry about my contacts/glasses with my active lifestyle, whether I need to take my contacts out, whether my glasses are packed when I'm going away, not being able to see AT ALL in a swimming pool etc. is a huge boost to my quality of life. The fact I do not notice is also down to the fact that my eyes feel perfectly comfortable all the time.
