I have been thinking of having laser surgery for a VERY long time. Each time i considered it i was very frightened of the procedure and convinced myself out of fear not to have it done. Eventually, i could not stand wearing contact lenses any more due to them being uncomfortable and decided it was "now or never". The procedure itself was not so traumatic as i imagined and recovery was much better than i thought it would be. Apart from dry eyes sometimes and my left eye vision not being as good as the right, i have been satisfied with the outcome so far.
