I was very nervouse about the procedure, however everyone was very reassuring. It was extremely painful the day of the operation, but calmed down in the evening. I went back to Optical Express many times after the procedure for reassurance. I was made to feel very welcome and I was reassured by the staff. They did not mind me making extrra appointments, which I was very grateful about.
