The procedure was explained very well at each stage (what to expect, etc), and aftercare was extremely good. If I had to pick a criticism, the only thing I can think of is that you should warn patients about the smell from the laser (burning!) - it was slightly unnerving!
I would, and have, recommended this to friends/family and colleagues.
