I have had an amazing experience with optical express (Princes st, Edinburgh), from the moment I first enquired about laser eye surgery to the post surgery check ups. The staff make you feel safe and confident that they know what they are talking about. The decision was made easy for me, simply laid out and explained. I have no regrets with the surgery, everything was positive. the surgery experience wasnt the nicest but that was down to the procedure not the staff. Looking back i dont rememebr the surgery i just think about the AMAZING results and the great customer service.
