treatment quick and pain free, some discomfort for about 4 hours in the afternoon after (best to go to bed for this time, as its difficult to open eyes), then got up again and sight was already better. From the next morning sight has been good, with very little discomfort. Would recommend to anyone.....it really does make a HUGE difference to your life
