Very professional staff, who made me feel very comfortable at all stages of the procedure. I was kept informed about what was happening. My second operation was cancelled and rescheduled the next day. This necessitated my having to book and pay for a second night in a hotel. I was told Optical Express would refund my first unused night. I am still waiting for payment. I gave the receipt for the hotel to the reception in the Bristol store.
