Staff at all branches of Optical Express that I have visited have been friendly and helpful. I only experienced one minor issue with the booking of a follow up appointment, it didn't appear in the diary so staff had to squeeze me in which they managed with no fuss. The Optometrists and surgeon have also been fantastic and made me feel completely at ease. Overall I have received a very professional service and would highly recommend Optical Express to friends and family (and have already done so).
