All details were explained clearly from the start. I came in with a request for possible laser treatment and left convinced that intra ocular lens replacement was the best for me. I am now sure that the advice was correct and am extremely happy to have followed this advice. The surgery was abolutely painless and fast and I had no discomfort whatsoever afterwards. The use of the plastic cover and drops was explained carefully to me and easy to follow. The staff from reception through to the clinics and operating room both in Bristol and Cardiff have been helpfull, cheerfull and professional at every stage.
