My experience has been better than I thought as I am very happy with the way as a customer I have been treated. The staff has looked after me well providing a service I couldnt ask for better, as all the members of staff have been welcoming. I liked the way on the day of the surgury, the staff helped me with the worries that I had as they kept me calm throughout the pocedure. I felt much better as the staff would constantly ask how I was which felt that they actually cared about thier patients.
