Staff alway very freindly and helpful although sometimes have been kept waiting. The procedure was very slick and a little scary but staff were kind and aware that this procedure would be scary and gave support through out. Very surpirsed about how quick it all was. The change in sight was almost immediate but didn't want to open my eyes for a day. Not an experience I would want to re-visit but worth having.
