As stated above I have found all aspects of my treatment to be excelent - very helpful staff and I felt confident that the best care was being offered. Details of treatment was always explained and staff did their best to put me at ease at all times.Good value for money particularly as I am very happy with results
Only complaint would be trying to telephone into the Harley St branch - always ended up with call centre. Staff there very helpful but couldn't answer questions and had to email store.
