After the surgery my eyes were streaming with water and fairly uncomfortable. I rested and within 2-3 hours the watering stopped. The vision was pretty good and eyes just felt a bit gritty. Next day vision was great and then just got better each day. Took about a week or so to adjust to reading glasses but now ok with that too.
