As above, but very disappointed with appointment system. Would have liked to go to Guildford but store not open on Saturdays which I think I should have been forewarned!
A number of appointments were cancelled and venues changed leading up to Christmas. Appointments could not be booked more than three weeks in advance because of restrictions of computer booking. Hopefully this will be updated before my husband comes to have intraocular replacement in the summer!
