I originally had a consultation in 2009 and realised that I could be free from glasses with horrible thick lenses at last. I really don't know why but I just couldn't say yes to it then. Freedom from glasses was offered but I didn't have the courage to do it. Optical Express never gave up sending marketing information and eventually their persistance matched a moment when I felt I could do it. And I did. With the help of amazing staff from the first hello, the whole process, let alone the outcome, has been incredible. Thank-you.
