I have had a very good experience from start to finish. Initially, I could not afford the treatment and was extatic when the great offer came through in the New Year. The procedure was very quick, very professional with lots of caring staff who made me feel very secure. Although I found it intensely painful for the first 3 hours after the procedure, the benefits were instant and have made a real difference to my life.
