Overall a great experience, very pleased with the results and the aftercare service. The waiting room for the laser eye surgery was a littel warm and I wasn't made aware that the appointment time given wasn't actually for the surgery and that the surgery could be up to two hours after this appointment time. It is not helpful when arranging transport. Communication could be better, but the actual surgery was fab.
