I thought about having laser surgery a few years ago, but never got round to it. Now that I have, I wish I'd done it years ago. The actual procedure wasn't painful, there was discomfort for the rest of the day after I had it done (watery eyes etc). All staff were friendly and put me at ease and were able to answer any questions I had.
