I've always felt like the staff are there to help me should I ever have a problem, from my suregery right through to all my check ups I've been looked after very well, the one thing was I never had a phone call to organise my 3 month check up as I was expecting, I had to phone myself (but this is very minor in comparison to the excellent service I have received up until now)
