I am extremely satisfied with the exerience. I had been thinking of having the treatment for the last 10 years but I have always been too scared to actually make an appointment to check the suitability. I approached Optical Express because of a colleague passing me a voucher after she had eye laser surgery. The customer service has been excellent from the very start and all staff has been extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. A minor fear I had, was about being under pressure to get the deposit from me, but I never was under this impression and this is a fundamental point for me as, just like for many other people, feeling that pressure means you feel you are to them just another source of income rather than a person, and this would scare me away. The resullts are excellent and I don't think I could have imagined anything better than this.
