I was so nervous and apprehensive about laser eye surgery, i read all the horror stories, as well as all the good stories. But i was so fed up with contact lenses and glasses that i just had to go for a consultation. Optical express were so reassuring and asked my mountain of questions. On the day of my surgery i was terrified but a lovely lady who worked on the desk came and held my hand as i was in such a state. I could see the surgery working throughout the surgery, the laser turned from a blurry blob to a clear pin point! Afterwards i quite literally sat up and could see everything, even the clock on the other side of the room!! Less than 24 hours later, at my 24hour checkup, i was told the surgery had given me 20/12 vision!!! basically the best physical possible outcome!!! 6 months on and i still have that vision and have been discharged, which means eye tests every two years. so happy. seeing the difference fro the letters n the eye test board from what i couldn't see before to no being able t see the smallest line the opticians have (!!) is AMAZING!! Thank you Optical Express for giving the the most amazing gift of perfect sight!
