The first few of days were very painful, my eyes were swollen and very uncomfortable, I became very sick in the first week of having the surgery, I couldnt hold food or drink down due to the trauma my eyes had been through, it not only effected my vision but also effected my general health and it took a good couple of weeks before I became settled again in regards to pain and overall comfort. Although I suffered for the first month or so in various ways, 3 months later my vision has greatly improved and I would do it again knowing how painful the operation was. I had a lazy eye (astigmatism) which I feel has been greatly improved thanks to the surgery and my vision is now 20/20 thanks to optical express.
