From start to finish every staff member involved has been so friendly and helpful, it really puts you at ease with the whole process. I was gifted the refer a friend, which was the prompt I needed to go ahead with surgery as I had always wanted to, but never been sure of the results. I couldn't be more pleased with how my vision has turned out, and I have not missed my glasses once!
