Everytime, when I come in for an appointment, I'm greeted quickly and in friendly manner. Doctor always fully answers my questions. Therefore, I had no doubts when booking for an operation. The operation was very quick, doctor and nurses explained fully (again) what is going to happen, so I was prepared for the whole experience. In overall, I'm satisfied with optical express service.
