From consultation, to my month check up I have been impressed by the high standard of care each member of staff has provided - consistent throughout the process. All questions were answered in a basic manner to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding. Very friendly, approachable staff from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Optical Express - while I wasn't particularly nervous, the surgeon and her staff made every care to ensure that I was as relaxed as possible.
