I was very nervous and worried and had been thinking about laser eye surgery for about 3 years. On the day of the surgery I was shaking, the staff were friendly and tried to re-assure me. In the surgery I did find it uncomfortable but not painfull, it was a strange feeling. After surgery my eyes were extremely red but I could see better almost straight away. The redness did not clear up for a few week but this was purely cosmetic. Now my eyes are brilliant and I would do it again in a minute to be able not to wear glasses again.
