The whole experience to date has been refreshingly smooth, polite, on-time and comfortable. Both at 22 Harley Street and at Westfield, I have been impressed by the friendliness of your personnel, their attention to detail, the availability of the latest equipment and techniques (I had a cataract removed in 2009 and this was much less 'intrusive').
The after care procedures have been fantastic.
I have to thank both Bupa and Optical Express for my newly found bright life
