I had my consultation on a Monday and the surgery was done and dusted by the Thursday. The surgery itself was much less frightening than anticipated and the scary eye clamp part barely registered with me. Following the op, I had some expected side effects such as dry eyes and halos around lights but this all cleared up within 4 weeks and my eyes feel totally normal now. The best thing of all is that I can now see where my family are when we go swimming! Very happy with the procedure.
