Overall, with all my doubts and fears the actual process is so insignificant to the results that there is no real comparision. The discomfort during surgery and afterwards is worth it if it was twice as much, its one of the best decisions i have ever made! The staff are very friendly and organised and my only slight complaint is that its very difficult to book a check up at a local branch for people who live outside of london.
