the whole process was so easy and not complicated, never had had to wait long for any appointments. On surgery day was very calm nurses made me feel comfortable and reassured me. Nice people, and friendly. I am so pleased with my vision now, but I get dizzy spells now and then when i think my eyes are trying to adjust to things, and sensative to light. i will deffinatley recommend friends and family. best thing i have done
