Initial visit was somewhat negative, waited in store a very long time beyond the booked appointment time and was not informed of the reason for the delay. Consent visit at Harley Street was positive and the staff very helpful. Surgery experience in London was good, staff were excellent - thorough, informative and attentive throughout the procedure in each case. Follow-up appointments have been generally good, although, as per the initial visit, have generally involved waiting beyond the booked appointment time. The optometrists have been informative and reassuring. I would comment that the biggest concern has been not knowing what symptoms are 'normal' at a given stage, over and above halos and ghosting - it would have been good to have had access to more information on this.
