Corrective eye surgery was first suggested to me by my optician during a routine check up. He recommended Optical Express and I made an appointment soon after. The treatment was scheduled on my first visit to the Newcastle clinic and I have received a very good standard of care ever since. I'm very pleased with the results in terms of my vision. The only issues are that it is quite a long journey for me each time I come for a check up (Hexham to Newcastle) and on a couple of occasions I've waited for quite a while to be greeted at reception. Generally though I am very pleased.
