Visited the Livingston branch yesterday for an eyetest. Initial ocntact was with Carrai, who perform the necessary admin and basic tests, then on to Lorna who performed the eye test.
Lorna was professional, friendly and explained each step of the test.
Carrai was helpful, and friendly. Have not purchased my glasses yet as too indecisive, but will definately return to Optical Express. Great service. Thank you both
