I went into the Derby intu shop with broken glasses for an 88 year old neighbour. A small screw was required to fix the frame/arm. The staff were very helpful and Ross in particular could not be faulted for his care and attention. The glasses were repaired in no time at no cost to me. A big thankyou and I won't hesitate to use the shop again for future eye tests.. Give him a hug from me..
