Each time I return to Edmonton, I'm excited to visit the physical store and be greeted by helpful, knowledgeable staff who endorse natural products. With the pandemic putting travel plans on hold, I'm delighted to experience Kolya's impressive customer care via e-commerce. Every item is carefully wrapped and secured, and I love the local touches with personal notes and/or note cards.
